- Organization: the ticket belongs to the organization where you create it.
- Configuration: choose the initial applications and settings.
- Groups: select the teams and bulk actions that will manage the device.
Changing the configuration or groups in Add Device generates an updated ticket, so the QR/code matches the current selections.

Create a ticket
Generate a six-digit code and QR payload. The ticket expires after ten minutes and can be used once.

Use the code or QR payload in the device enrollment workflow to register it and establish management credentials.

The device receives the ticket’s organization, configuration, and group selections.
